1952 Bowman U.S. Presidents trading cards feature pictures and biographies of all 33 presidents to that point in history as well as three historical moments from the country’s founding.

The imagery from this set has been recycled several times since 1952. In 1956, after Topps acquired Bowman, there was a straight reissue with the only difference being a blue print on the card reverse instead of the original black. Then, in 1972, Topps again reused the design and artwork for an updated presidential set that included the presidents since Eisenhower as well as many presidential candidates.

These cards measure 2 1/2″ by 3 3/4″ making them slightly larger than modern cards.
