1985 Topps Cyndi Lauper Checklist

Updated:

1985 Topps Cyndi Lauper is a small set equally balanced between 33 trading cards and 33 stickers. The backs of the stickers combine to form three different puzzles.

Card fronts are exactly what you’d expect from a set dedicated to Lauper in 1985. Brightly colored backgrounds with off-centered promotional shots and tour pictures of the singer. Each back includes a piece of trivia about Lauper. The cards are numbered but not officially titled so most checklists just use the first line of the trivia fact as the card title – this checklist is no exception to that.

Stickers are a slightly different design with cards set on black and borders of the die-cut being adorned with bright 80s lightning bolts, stars, and spirals. The photo of Cyndi is placed inside a drawn television or over a record disc.

The wrapper art for these cards was featured in the 2018 Topps 80th Anniversary series of on-demand trading cards.
