What are the genres?

• DC Universe – Includes cards inspired by all DC properties including comic cards, television, and film. Batman, Arrow, Wonder Woman
• Marvel Universe – Includes cards inspired by all Marvel properties including comic cards, television, and film. Avengers, Punisher, Guardians of the Galaxy
• Star Wars – Includes cards inspired by all Star Wars properties including film and television. Women of Star Wars, Star Wars Heritage, Mandalorian
• TV Prime Time – Includes dramas and comedies from every era of television history. Breaking Bad, Big Bang Theory, Parks and Recreation
• TV Sci-Fi – Focuses on television’s best science fiction. Star Trek, Orphan Black, Twilight Zone
• Film – Includes cards from films not associated with other genres in this product. Ghostbusters, James Bond
• Music – Focuses on the artists who make us tap our foot and dance. Beatles, Beach Boys, Elvis
• WWE – Includes cards from various sets focused on wrestling. Summerslam, Road to Wrestlemania

• Will I always get a hit?
  • You may not always get a hit but when you do, you’ll know it’s for your favorite team. Autographs, relics, parallels, and numbered cards are distributed randomly among subscriptions and typically fall within 50% of the boxes.
• Do you sell cards on eBay?
  • Nope. Everything we open goes into our mystery boxes. If we pull it, we ship it.
• Will I receive duplicate cards?
  • You won’t receive duplicate cards within a Mystery Box but, due to the sheer volume of cards we deal with, we can’t guarantee you won’t receive duplicates if purchasing multiple boxes.
• What era are the cards from?
  • Depending on the genre, our cards come from every era of collecting but the majority are modern cards from 2010 forward.
• If I buy five boxes from the same genre, will I definitely get a hit?
  • No. We pull the boxes blind for each order so there’s no guarantee you will receive a hit but there’s also no guarantee you won’t get five!
• My subscription renewal date is soon and I haven’t received my last box.
  • You’ll never be billed for a renewal if a previous order is still being processed.
• Can I change my subscription?
  • Yes. You can jump to a different genre or sport any time we just ask that you make the change prior to a renewal date.
• When can I cancel my subscription?
  • You can cancel any time after your first renewal payment. You can also put your subscription on hold if you need to skip a month or two. We do not issue refunds on Mystery Box payments so plan any holds or cancellations accordingly.
