2017 Cryptozoic Orphan Black season two trading cards are a bit of a departure from the full set released for season one. This year, Cryptozoic is focusing on the hits and offering “Premium Packs” of four cards which will contain three autographs and one Cryptomium Silhouette.
Like Season One, Tatiana Maslany is featured as several of her clone characters and appears on seven different autograph cards. Maslany autograph cards fall three to a case for a 1:4 distribution so collecting all of her autographs will likely take several cases.
Further complicating this set for collectors is that it is a San Diego Comic Con 2017 exclusive so most collectors will need to complete their collection on the secondary market. Premium Packs may be purchased at Comic Con for $50 and with pre-orders opening on July 6 it is highly unlikely that this set doesn’t sell out very quickly.
