Mon, 13 Feb 2017 19:10:34 +0000https://herohabit.com/?page_id=8977The Kenner Super Powers line is one of the most beloved collections of DC Comics based action figures of all time.
]]>
Kenner Super Powers action figures were initially released between 1984 and 1986 in three waves. The characters in the line were all taken from the DC Comics universe. The figures were particularly innovative in that they featured “action” movements when legs or arms were squeezed.
There were also several vehicles released with these figures as well as one Hall of Justice playset. The toys were very popular and inspired future releases by other companies.
A mail-in exclusive Clark Kent figure, packaged in a clear plastic bag, was also available during the run of this line and there are several international variants.

The Dark Knight Collection was released on the heels of Tim Burton’s megahit film, Batman (1989), the first film to feature the Caped Crusader since the 1940s serials and 1966 film.
