Steve Carlton, Roberto Clemente, and the Chicago Cubs are the three latest additions to the 2019 Topps 150 Years of Baseball series of on-demand trading cards.

Available for purchase for only one week (Tuesday to Tuesday) each card is printed based on consumer demand and will not be available on the first-hand market ever again. A full checklist with final print runs can be found under the main tab of this hub page. Today’s checklist is as follows:

31 – “Records and Awards” Steve Carlton, Philadelphia Phillies
This card commemorates Carlton’s 1972 season with the Phillies, his first with the team after seven seasons with the Cardinals.

During that year, Carlton went 27-10 (.730) with an ERA of 1.97. He completed 30 of the 41 games he started and maintained a WHIP of 0.993. He faced 1,351 batters with 310 strikeouts, 257 hits, 87 walks, and only 76 earned runs. This dominant year was good for Carlton’s first of four Cy Young Awards and his fourth of 10 All Star appearances.

32 – “Historic Moments” Chicago Cubs
In 2016 the Chicago Cubs made history by ending history. 108 years after their last World Series victory, the Cubs overcame a 3-1 win deficit to beat the Indians in game seven. Sure, there may have been two world wars, a moon landing, and 19 presidents in between but the Cubs eventual win was a highlight among all sports in 2016.

33 – “Artist Renditions” Roberto Clemente, Pittsburgh Pirates
Rather than commemorating a landmark moment of the sport, this card depicts an iconic player. Designed by artist Graig Kreindler, this card showcases one of the most beloved men to ever take the field.

Clemente spent his entire 18-year career with the Pirates, ending 1972 with 3,000 hits, 240 home runs, and 94.5 WAR. He appeared in 15 All Star Games, won 12 Gold Gloves, and was the 1966 MVP and 1971 World Series MVP.

All three of these cards can be purchased separately or as a bundle for a discounted price.
